[Bug] CCR 同步的历史 DECIMAL64 Segment 在 Doris 4.0.x 查询时报 Wrong precision 0

历史数据通过 CCR 同步到 Doris 4.0.6 目标集群。

同步完成后，直接查询 DECIMAL 字段报错

SQL 错误 [1105] [HY000]:
errCode = 2,
detailMessage = (BE_IP)[NOT_IMPLEMENTED_ERROR]
Wrong precision 0, min: 1, max: 76
