升级3.0.4后BE Thread Num平均值长期大于5k触发doris-manager告警

升级3.0.4前BE Thread Num平均值都在3k左右，升级3.0.4后就一直5k往上了，这正常吗？

不正常, 在be.conf里设置 brpc_arrow_flight_work_pool_threads= 10
