2.1.5 JDBC重复提交SQL卡死

在2.0.2可以实现循环提交脚本，升级到2.1.5 Doris，SQL进程卡死,同样的SQL在2.0.2 十几秒可以执行，在2.1.5半个小时都无法跑出
