使用catalog查询hive表并将查询结果插入doris表，报错

创建hivecatalog后，使用insert 语句将hive数据插入doris表中，报错：

ERROR 1105 (HY000): errCode = 2, detailMessage = (12.23.23.216)[INTERNAL_ERROR]Only support csv data in utf8 codec

目前Doris只支持 UTF-8 codec，可以看下hive 表，排查下字符集编码
