3.0.3，be 频繁报meet error:failed to get tablet

使用版本为3.0.3

报错的be ip为 10.0.8.187.
但是用查看tablet 发现在另一台be上面

请问错误是怎么发生的，怎么来避免了？

这是单副本的表吗？看下日志是只有的和tabelt还是多个tablet？
