执行SQL报错[INTERNAL_ERROR]Invalid regex expression，java代码可以正常执行

执行如下sql报错非法正则表达式，在java代码里面可以正常匹配并输出结果，是哪里写的有问题吗？

^.*\\b(?!.*box)([a-z]+\\.[a-z]+\\.)+[A-Z]\\w*(Exception|Error)\\b.*$
