Doris 怎么给用户绑定自己创建的workgroup

目前参考官方文档https://doris.apache.org/zh-CN/docs/2.1/admin-manual/resource-admin/workload-group，已经完成了cgroup环境的安装，并且workload group也已经新建了，但是怎么给A用户绑定新创建的wokrkload group g1， 官网中给的这两种方式，是全局生效的吗，比如我的be重启了，我进入be后，还需要重新绑定A用户到我新建的这个workload group下？
