每分钟 insert into select 报错，会有多种报错，目前没有排查思路

doris资源：
存算分离架构；
3.0.5版本；
没做限制，CPU：128C，memory：1000G，实际使用在40G左右；
3FE 3BE FE没做负载均衡。
情况是：已经正常运行几个星期了，但是最近开始，所有的任务会有一段时间正常的insert，但是再执行就会报错了。
