doris2.1.0版本，一个普通查询会不时出现报错fail to offer request to the work pool

doris2.1.0版本，这个库运行挺久了，这是首次出现这个报错：
一个普通查询会不时出现（大概5次出现1次）报错fail to offer request to the work pool
重启数据库后，不再出现这个报错。
